Once you place your order, our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your measurements and preferences. Your piece is then hand-crafted from scratch — cut, embroidered, and finished specifically for you.

Please allow 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Each piece is made individually by hand, and we do not rush the process.

After placing your order, our team will send you a measurement form via email or WhatsApp. You can also visit our studio in person for a fitting.

Contact us as early as possible. Adjustments may be possible depending on the stage of production.

Yes. We ship across India and internationally, including the United States, UAE, UK, and more.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer complimentary shipping on select orders.

Because every piece is made to your measurements, we do not accept standard returns. If your piece arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact us immediately. We will work with you on alterations where possible.

Dry clean only. Store in the dust bag provided. Embellished pieces should be kept flat or on a padded hanger to preserve structure.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payments via Razorpay.
