Our Commitment

Every ZaibQ garment is made to order — crafted specifically for you by hand. Because each piece begins production upon order confirmation, we are unable to offer standard returns or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds on any order, domestic or international, whether ready to wear or made to order.


Exceptions

We will consider a return or exchange only in the following circumstances:

  • The garment arrives damaged or defective
  • There is an irreparable issue with your piece against the specifications you provided — such as a sizing error, fabric mismatch, colour discrepancy, or length issue that cannot be corrected
  • Your order has been significantly delayed and you were not notified by us

How to Raise a Concern

If your order falls under one of the above exceptions, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your garment.

Reach us at info@zaibq.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Images of the affected areas of the garment

Do not send the garment back without receiving written authorisation from us first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for any items returned without prior approval.


Return Process

Once we receive and acknowledge your concern:

  • We will review the garment upon return
  • Our decision on whether to accept the return or proceed with corrective action will be communicated within 2–3 business days of receiving the piece
  • The garment must be returned unused, in its original packaging and sealed condition

The decision to accept a return or exchange rests solely with ZaibQ Studioh based on the condition and timelines of the returned piece.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation request, 100% of the payment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Please review your order carefully before confirming.


Damages in Transit

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the garment arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 24 hours at info@zaibq.com with photographs. We will assess the situation and advise on next steps.
