2. Made-to-Order Products

All ZaibQ garments are made to order. This means:

  • Each piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed
  • Production timelines are typically 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation
  • Exact colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings, fabric dye lots, and photographic lighting
  • We do not carry ready stock — your order initiates the creation of your garment

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on zaibq.com are inclusive of applicable GST. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details on our servers. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Cancellations

Because every piece is made to order and production begins upon payment, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately at store@zaibq.com if you need to raise a concern.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Shipping policies, rates, and timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our garments, we do not accept standard returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on exchanges and exceptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, design, text, logos, and brand assets — is the property of ZaibQ Studioh and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
